This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation and customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Prior experience in customer service is desirable
- Proven ability to achieve targets and goals
- Self-motivated and driven personality
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and regional language
- Experience in the staffing or consulting services industry is a plus
- Having experience in ed-tech domain.
- Exposure to IT job market and technologies.
