Job Title: Senior role Delivery - Security Domain Work Location – Sholinganallur- Chennai Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced senior role in Delivery to join our dynamic team in the Security Domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with expertise in technical and architectural aspects of security. The Role will be responsible for managing multiple client engagements, ensuring adherence to quality processes, and driving improvements in customer satisfaction. Certification in CISA and CISM is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the delivery of security solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and requirements.
2. Provide technical guidance and expertise in cybersecurity, including but not limited to risk assessment, threat analysis, and security architecture design.
3. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively.
4. Drive adherence to quality processes and standards, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies.
6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the delivery organization.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the team.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in cybersecurity.
Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on technical and architectural aspects.
 Proven track record of managing and delivering complex security projects on time and within budget.
 Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

 Certification in CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) required.
 Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.
 Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
