Position: Relationship Manager CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus Education: Any Graduate Experience: 3 to 5 Years Experience in sales or marketing Job Description: - Recruit Agents / Advisors. - Handling Team - Manage Agents / Advisors through proper coaching and training. - You have to do field work and close the provided leads - Building a strong relationship with your collages & Branch manager - Drive Agents / Advisors and build team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets. - On-field work to reach the maximum customer - Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential - Building relations with the Leader.
