Job Title: Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
Social Media Design - Conceptualize and design captivating visuals for Instagram posts, stories, and Facebook posts that align with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives. Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative design approaches to enhance engagement.
Digital Assets Creation - Develop visually compelling banners, flyers, and promotional materials for digital campaigns, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with marketing strategies. Optimize images for website and app usage, maintaining visual consistency across various platforms.
Vector and Raster Design - Produce high-quality vector and raster files suitable for print and digital applications, with meticulous attention to detail and resolution.
Illustration Mastery - Create original and appealing illustrations that effectively communicate complex ideas or brand messages.
Requirements
Experience and Skills - 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of diverse and impactful work. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for advanced design tasks. Expertise in Figma and Canva, showcasing the ability to collaborate on design projects seamlessly.
Social Media Expertise - Thorough understanding of social media platforms, trends, and design best practices. Ability to tailor designs for optimal performance on different social media channels.
Attention to Detail - Possess a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring pixel-perfectexecution and consistency in design.
Communication Skills - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams.
Preferred Skills
Industry Awareness - Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
User Experience/User Interface - Understanding of UX/UI principles to contribute to a seamless and visually pleasing user experience.
