Job Overview We are seeking ITI Freshers for an Apprenticeship program at Infinitalent Consulting (P) Ltd. This is a great opportunity for candidates with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in the ITI field. The apprenticeship will provide hands-on training and guidance in various areas of expertise.
Qualifications And Skills - Completed ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in any of the following trades: Fitter, Turner, Electronic mechanic, Mechanical, Diesel mechanic, Electrical, or Welder
- Fresher with less than 1 year of work experience in the ITI field
- Basic understanding of ITI concepts and practical applications
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Adaptability and a positive attitude towards challenges
Roles And Responsibilities - Complete the designated apprenticeship program as per the provided curriculum
- Learn and develop practical skills in the chosen ITI trade
- Assist senior professionals in carrying out their daily tasks and projects
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and adhere to organizational policies
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit progress reports
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals
- Embrace a proactive and positive attitude towards learning and professional growth
