Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team at SkyRoots Ventures LLP. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our gluten-free food products in the Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh region. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a sales officer or in a similar sales role
- Experience in FMCG sales and general trade
- Strong knowledge of the distribution network and handling distributors
- Ability to drive primary sales and expand the customer base
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our gluten-free food products
- Identify and target potential customers in the Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh region
- Achieve sales targets and meet monthly and annual revenue goals
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail outlets and distributors
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or queries in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team
