Job Title: Data Architect
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid Model)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing data solutions with a focus on technologies such as DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and data warehouse architecture.
Responsibilities:
Data Architecture Design:
- Design and implement data architectures that align with business objectives and support efficient data processing.
- Utilize DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake to create robust and scalable data solutions.
Data Modeling:
- Develop and maintain conceptual logical and physical data models.
- Ensure data models are optimized for performance and scalability.
ETL Development:
- Collaborate with the ETL development team to design and implement efficient data extraction transformation and loading processes.
- Leverage DBT Labs for data transformations and modeling.
Integration with Denodo:
- Implement data virtualization solutions using Denodo to provide a unified view of data across the organization.
- Optimize and enhance data integration processes through Denodo.
Snowflake Data Warehouse:
- Design and implement data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
- Ensure proper configuration and optimization of Snowflake for performance and cost efficiency.
Data Governance:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data quality and security standards.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data engineers analysts and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of data solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Data Architect with a focus on DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake.
- Strong background in data modeling ETL development and data warehouse architecture.
Skills:
- Proficiency in DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in DBT Labs Denodo and Snowflake are a plus.
