Job Title: Operations Specialist
Experience: 8-10 Years
CTC: 10 to 12 LPA
Location: Hyderabad
What you will learn and contribute to (Key Responsibilities):
• Handle Central India Line Haul & Milkrun operation for e-commerce.
• Current vendor management, Customer Relationship Management, and New Business accruing.
• Develop new vendors, rate negotiation, understand operational challenges, and act accordingly.
• Handle Line Haul and Milkrun operation Central Region.
• Current vendor management, Customer Relationship Management, and New Business accruing.
• Daily Operation, Billing MIS & Commercial Management.
Critical Competencies:
• Need to be an excellent team player.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Transportation - Courier - SCM - Ecom.
• Should be open to frequent traveling & and 24x7 available over the phone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort in interfacing with customers and vendors.
• Ability to develop and implement department goals and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with challenging circumstances, direction, and strategy.
• Proficiency in speaking Telugu language.
