Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our talented and diverse team. As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that align with our client's business objectives. Your expertise in the MERN stack and strong problem-solving skills will be instrumental in creating high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and usability. Write efficient and clean code, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the team. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3-4 years of professional experience as a MERN stack developer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Proficient understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with integrating them into web applications. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
