Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's services and products, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market analysis, identifying potential clients, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The role is based in Lucknow but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including cold calling, negotiation, and deal closing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify potential clients
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently to meet objectives
- Experience in the finance, accounting, or software industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
