This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager - Middle East at TAC Security's Pune office. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR operations in the Middle East region and creating a positive work culture. This role includes tasks like recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, and compliance management. As an HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and provide guidance to business leaders to support TAC Security's growth plans. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and compliance management Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Knowledge of Middle East labor laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5-7 years of experience in HR management Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plusJob tags
