Job Description:

Position: US Recruiter

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in US recruitment

Location: Bangalore, KA (Work From Home/ Remote Work)

Shift Time: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST (PST Shift)

Working Days: Monday-Friday (5 Days)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing talent for light industrial/manufacturing roles, specifically within aerospace, engineering, and electrical/electronic manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels such as online platforms, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to job offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in recruiting, specifically within light industrial/manufacturing sectors.-
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for aerospace, engineering, and electrical/electronic manufacturing clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
