We are a dynamic and innovative HR Tech company seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. This role is at the intersection of technology and business, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for steering the product vision to reality, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our software products, and ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and user satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive the execution of product strategies. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic planning, technical depth, and project management to deliver outstanding SaaS solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Development Leadership:

Oversee the planning, development, and launch of product features and enhancements, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs. Technical Guidance:

Provide technical guidance and support to the product development team, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure issues, to ensure technical challenges are addressed promptly and effectively. Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors or partners. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across all parties involved in the product development process. Project Execution:

Plan and execute software development work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Utilize agile methodologies to manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Audit and Compliance:

Manage audits related to product development processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Implement necessary actions to address audit findings and mitigate risks. Market and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and ensure our products remain competitive in the market. Team Leadership:

Mentor and develop a high-performing product development team. Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and growth.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in product management or project management Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure board, Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across various levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with audits and compliance processes in a software development context. Experience with Cloud computing technologies (preferably Azure)

Preferred Skills: Leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform. Proficiency in product management tools
