Role Description Join our team as a full-time Retail Sales Officer located at our store in Baripada, Odisha. As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and assistance in their jewellery and watch purchases. You will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing guidance on available products to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You will also be responsible for assisting in stock maintenance and visual merchandising to enhance the store's appeal.
Qualifications Prior experience in sales, particularly in retail, electronics, mobile, customer service, or the jewellery industry.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to work well independently and in a team.
Familiarity with jewellery products and/or a strong interest and willingness to learn about jewellery.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
