Job Overview: Umanshi Marketing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, one will be responsible in shaping and elevating our clients' brand identities through innovative and visually striking web design. Responsibilities: 1. Understand the client’s business goal/objective of undertaking the engagements 2. Lead the creative direction for web design projects, aligning with the overall brand vision and business objectives. 3. Develop and implement innovative and effective web design strategies that enhance user experience and engagement. 4. Create visually compelling narratives through web design, effectively communicating the brand's story and values. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure cohesive and integrated web design solutions. 6. Ensure brand consistency in all web design projects for a seamless and recognizable identity. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative design concepts into web projects. 8. Understand client requirements and develop designs that align with their brand voice and objectives 9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines Requirements: · 8-10 years of experience as an Web Art director in a marketing agency or similar setting · Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or a related field · Proven experience as an Art Director with a focus on web design, showcasing a strong portfolio of successful projects. · Expertise in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma. · In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. · Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with development teams. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the creative team · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines · Keen awareness of the latest design trends and technologies.
