Quality Manager Hardgoods and Home textile
Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function
Ensure team s adherence to company policies, standards, processes, compliance and value;
Accountable for driving results through the team and support team and their individual KPIs are being met, including business goal, quality goal and project KPI.
Accountable for work allocation, guiding team, dealing with daily operational challenges including problem solving;
Accountable for team development
Manage 3rd party performance and meet the KPI
May own a department level strategic project including project planning, execution and delivery of results;
Work with different functions drive project;
Leading changes by planning, execution and on-time communication and alignment
Requirements
Bachelor / Graduate diploma in relevant field in Engineering
Minimum 7/12 years of work experience in supervision or management role in trading or sourcing office;
Solid experience in managing team / delivering results through teams
Preferred work experience with Australian compliance environment
Strong in communication and stakeholder management
Project management experience and master strategic thinking
CTC OFFERED-UP TO 8/9LPA
