Job Title : Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strategic partnerships.This role requires a combination of sales expertise, marketing acumen, and business development skills, leadership skills to achieve ambitious goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization. In this holistic role we are looking out for our next Business Partners who can help us expand to new territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Business Development :

Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance the company's market position.
Evaluate potential business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive successful partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or services.

Marketing Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
Provide input into the development of marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing business development and marketing team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving collective goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

0-1 years of experience in any field. Freshers can definitely apply!
CURRENTLY IN LUCKNOW LOCATION
Willingness to join IMMEDIATELY.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A hunger for success in marketing, business development, and leadership roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving individualistic targets.
