Job description

Hiring for a leading manufacturing company:

key responsibilities:

1. Primary sales and secondary sales, and enhance the market share of the product range through distributors.
2. Preparing and implementing route plans and beat plans for field staff and guiding them toward achieving secondary sales targets.
3. Appointment of distributors, dealers, and retailers. Ensuring the profitability of distributors and dealers by timely settling claims, repairing damages, and growing business.
4. Educate, motivate, and coach field staff and distributor sales teams with handholding. Building rapport as well as controlling the team.
5. Check DSR for FS on a weekly basis and take corrective measures as and when needed.
6. Drive sales through Super Sales Software.
7. Drive volume and growth in the given territory and be responsible for planning and communicating various strategies.
8. Operate schemes within the allotted budget.
9. Recognizing new selling opportunities, penetration, and visibility in a given territory.
10. Handle BTL activities (Branding, Sampling and other promotional activities like Contractors meetings, Local meetings, exhibitions, etc.)
11. Daily market visit: understanding market status, competitor activity, scheme activation and design, key retailer and distributor visits.
12. consumer complaints effectively uphold the company's values.
13. Daily market visits to keep an eye on market status, competitor activities, scheme activations, and also visiting key retailers and distributors.
14. Educate, motivate, and coach the distributor sales team and handholding. Building rapport as well as controlling the distributor team
15. Work towards ensuring sales force capability development by providing necessary inputs into development of training content to the HR Team
