Software Engineer / Sr Software Engineer Location: Bangalore, India Overview: We are seeking dynamic Software Engineers to join our team in Bangalore. As a Software Automation Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a common test automation framework. Your responsibilities will include executing automated tests, analyzing report outputs, managing alerts, and collaborating closely with service and application teams to integrate automated tests. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a common test automation framework. Integrate automated tests with service and application teams. Evaluate feature requests and prioritize them for current and future milestones. Manage day-to-day work through GitHub. Identify and report risks to project leads. Collaborate with Product Architects/Design Authorities. Communicate effectively with project members for project success. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 4 to 12 years of experience in Online Charging and BSS automation. Proficiency in Python, ROBOT scripting, Couchbase database, REST APIs, Elasticsearch, and OpenSearch queries. Hands-on experience with OCS (Online Charging System) and BSS systems. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience working with remote teams is a plus. Ability to work independently and solve technical challenges. Proficient in effort estimation and schedule tracking. Familiarity with Object-Oriented programming concepts and Telecom Basics (Diameter protocol). Desirable Skills: Experience in developing large-scale, high-performance, multi-threaded, distributed client/server programming. Proficiency in shell and Python scripting. Linux/Unix experience. Experience in Agile team environments/projects. Skills & Competencies: Keywords: Python, ROBOT, DIAMETER, COUCHBASE, ELASTICSEARCH, OPENSEARCH. Flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and research capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural team. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
