We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sprint Master to join our Agile team. The Sprint Master will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices, guiding the team in adopting and optimizing Agile methodologies, and ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
Responsibilities - Agile Facilitation: Act as a facilitator for the Agile team, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, values, and practices
- Guide the team in embracing and executing Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Team Support and Empowerment: Support and empower the team to become self-organizing, cross-functional, and high-performing
- Remove impediments and obstacles to enable the team to achieve sprint goals and commitments
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment among team members, encouraging open communication, transparency, and constructive problem-solving
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of project objectives and priorities
- Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Agile framework
- Coach the team on Agile best practices and help implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key Agile metrics and progress, such as sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance metrics
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field-
- Must have experience working with Jira & SDLC
- 3-4 years of experience as a Sprint Master, Scrum Master, or in a similar role, guiding Agile teams
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile principles
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PSM, SAFe) is advantageous
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to adapt to change, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
