Reputed Law Firm in Mumbai is looking to hire General Corporate Transactional Lawyer

Designation : Senior Associate / Principal Associate OR Equivalent PQE: 4 to 8 yrs years LLB Batch: 2019-2014 Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Experience in a corporate transactions, merger & acquisition. Should have a strong law firm background. Should have strong drafting skills. Conduct legal due diligence, review documentation, advise on transaction structure, review & ensure compliance on all transactions.
