Job description
We are looking for creative, technical problem solvers to join our Automation practice that advises clients on the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cognitive Technologies to achieve business outcomes such as cost reduction, capability enhancement and risk mitigation
Our RPA consulting team in Bangalore interfaces with ISG teams in North America and Europe to design, develop and deploy RPA solutions for clients globally utilizing RPA software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism and others
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develops and configures automation processes as per the solution design document (SDD) to meet the defined requirements.
Approaches development from a modular point of view, ensuring reusability and ease of maintenance
Configure/develop in accordance with best practices ensuring a reliable and hardened automation
Perform testing of the solution in accordance with standardized test practices
Support teams during UAT and Production/Pilot phases
Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures

An understanding of, and a willingness to adhere to, formal change control procedures and disciplines.
Required Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
An IT or Business Degree
2+ years of professional services experience preferably in automation projects
Understands software development methodology, configuration management and lifecycle
1-2 years of experience with one or more RPA tools is required
Experience using cloud-based ticketing portals
Knows how to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency as determined by the client or management
Mandatory Skills
Certification in UiPath Blue Prism
1+ years' experience of working on a help/service desk
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication is a must
Excellent troubleshooting skills applying logic
Articulate, speaks and writes English well
Self-starter, accustomed to working in a busy and dynamic environment
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Exchange proficiency, ZenDesk or similar ticketing platform
