Job Description

  1. Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, SEM , and display to drive revenue and increase ROI .
  2. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
  3. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics .
  4. Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and s trategic KPIs ).
  5. Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
  6. Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
  7. Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion ( CPA ) across all channels.
  8. Lead the digital and ads team to meet   KPIs
  9. B2B & B2C lead generation through SEM and SMM ( Linkedin ads and business manager advertising)
  10. Good hands on Social Media Marketing (SMM/SMO)
  11. Projecting Monthly/Yearly Leads & Budget.
  12. Keyword Research & Analysis for SEM.
  13. Create customized reports in Google Analytics & Web CEO .
  14. Personal accountability and ownership of work becoming the subject matter expert.
  15. Manage internal analytical and auditing tools to track the performance regularly.
  16. Work closely with Design & Development team members to achieve goals successfully.
  17. Research and analysis of all available tools to improve SEO Performance.
  18. Analyze new updates and algorithms related to SEO/SEM and make changes   in system   accordingly.
  19. Identify the requirements for fulfilling the targets of lead generation & ROI.
  20. Track ROI on weekly/monthly and yearly basis
  21. Good knowledge about optimizing AMP pages .
  22. Design strategy for Dynamic content and meta tags optimization.
  23. Excellent experience & knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Web CEO and other auditing/analysis tools.
  24. Good experience working   on the latest technologies   in the Market (Eg.   AMP pages, Schemas, OG tags, Reach Snippets etc.)
  25. Good understanding and experience of using Schema & Structure data on   website .
  26. Strong written and verbal communication skills
