Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Customer Business
Position Overview:
The Role is responsible for driving & delivering the Supply Chain objectives for the organization with the Bottling Partners & Customers. The role will support on the delivery of key supply chain processes like Capacity & Infrastructure planning, make/ buy Analysis, S&OP Planning, Demand Forecasting, SC Sufficiency and SC Design orchestration for the entire portfolio of our brands in India. The role is also responsible for managing communication & key stakeholder management within the Network organization (Technical, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Category, Finance, Regulatory etc.) and with external partners (Bottling & Customers).
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Manage Bottlers basis their business plans across the product portfolio and close the end-to-end Supply Network for delivery of business plans (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Month Stock holding targets & more)
Work closely with Bottler & customers on driving the S&OP - identifying demand exceptions & building capability with bottlers to drive monthly S&OP process. Assess & enable the improvement of the demand plans using statistical forecast as the base and incorporating business inputs and forecast information gathered from front-end teams.
Collaborate on the Long-Term Infrastructure Planning process to ensure that we have the required capacities across the Supply Chain (Manufacturing Capacity: Bottling/ Co-pack etc.) to meet the system growth objectives. This would involve translating LRP and ABP into the infrastructure plans. Would also involve developing plans/ business case for leveraging the capacities across Bottlers for inter-zone supplies.
Work closely with Bottlers to improve the KPI Control Tower on Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, OTIF, OOS reduction, Freshness, KPI for consistent improvement.
Manage and co-ordinate interactions among several entities (Bottling partners, Customers, R&D, CPS, G2G, marketing, finance, technical and operations) in order to ensure effective process in place to deliver supply chain targets for the organization.
Work requires the identification and resolution of important operational problems requiring cross-functional collaboration and creativity to develop innovative solutions.
Education Requirements:
MBA or equivalent
Related Work Experience:
7-10 years of experience in Supply chain Operations.
Preferably having worked on Demand & Supply planning, Customer management, Inventory management.
Experience in Key Stakeholder management
Experience in MS Excel & PBI
