Position Name: Manager / Sr. Manager Corporate Communication

Gender Preference: Female only

Qualification: Must be a graduate Preferably Mass Media or Communication or MBA

No. of Experience: 15 to 20 Years relevant experience.

Age: 40 50 Years

Industry: Experience from Manufacturing preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive branding and corporate communication strategies aligned with the organizational vision.
  2. Handle press releases and effectively communicate key messages to external stakeholders media and the public.
  3. Foster mindful connections with the leadership team to ensure cohesive communication of corporate goals and values.
  4. Manage and monitor the companys presence on social media platforms proactively addressing any negativity or potential reputation risks.
  5. Create engaging and strategic content for various communication channels collaborating with external agencies for design and execution.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the companys communication approach.
  7. Act as a spokesperson for the company when required and maintain positive relationships with media outlets.

Required Qualification:

  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in branding and corporate communication.
  2. Strong business mindset with a demonstrated ability to align communication strategies with organizational goals.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proven experience in crisis management and mitigating risks related to online reputation.
  5. Ability to develop impactful content and collaborate with external agencies for design.
  6. Age requirement: At least 40 years old.
