ISSQUARED is hiring for Project Manager(PMP Certified)

Work Location: Hyderabad

Flexible to work in PST Shifts and WFO only

Collecting and preparing required documents related to the project.
Guiding internal and customer teams/representatives in preparing project related documents (like project charter, project contact details, statement of work, scope of work, project schedule/Bar Chart, vendor details, material procurement details, risk register etc.)
• Scheduling & attending the kick off meetings, scheduling and chairing calls for project progress checks
• Identify all stakeholders and their roles in the project and disseminate to the technical teams
• Strongly interface with technical teams to gather details on pending tasks and obstacles
• Intervene with internal/external stakeholders directly to resolve issues affecting project execution
• Collecting the progress information, updating the ongoing project list and sharing the project
• updates with internal teams on regular (weekly/fortnightly) basis
• Closing of the project after successful handover and collection of complete payment
• Creating project documentation and maintaining project history documents
• Assist in developing company marketing efforts
• Assist in other project management activities and project related financials
Essential attributes and competencies include:

• 5-6 years of experience as Project Manager on IT Infrastructure related projects
• BE/B.Tech degree in computer science or related field preferred
• PMP Certification is a must along with expertise in Microsoft Project
• Willing to work exclusively US West Coast hours
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and simple way
• Ability to develop and establish solid and trustworthy relationships
• Good communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with internal teams,
customers, consultants and vendors
• Ability to influence senior levels of management internally and externally
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and simple way
• Excellent analytical skills, logical approach to complex matters
• Process and result oriented, problem solving, decision and execution focused
• Understanding of intercultural differences in a global environment
