US Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent, implementing recruiting and sourcing strategies, and coordinating with hiring managers. They will also be responsible for managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.

• Experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates for US-based clients.
• Knowledge of US immigration laws and visa processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely as well as working collaboratively with teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience using ATS and CRM systems like Job Diva, Bullhorn, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in IT recruitment, including cloud, automation, AI, and software development.
• Ability to interact with clients and manage customer relationships.
