Python Automatio n Lead Experience: 6-8 years Locations: Bangalore (Hybrid mode) Primary Skills: Test Automation, Python Selenium framework Desired Skills & Responsibilities Strong automation tester who can automate tests, maintain framework, develop solutions. Primary Skills Good experience & strong knowledge in Python programming with Object Oriented Programming methodologies Good experience in API Testing, Networking topologies Good experience & knowledge in web/mobile application UI automation & related tools/packages (like selenium/appium) Good exposure to different testing methodologies & QA exposure and any standard test framework (like pytest, unittest etc) Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives. Ability to handle challenges & resolve blockers independently Self-driven, Accountability and ownership of problems to achieve team goals & ability to contribute independently Good team player & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions & constructive analysis of team member's ideas Hands on experience with different tools - Testing tool, Version Control systems (Git), Test Management Software, Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.) Good To Have Skills Knowledge on CI/CD & DevOps Responsibilities And Duties Understand the application/domain end to end, take ownership of an application from a QA perspective and develop Test automation scripts Design, implement and maintain automation scripts with robust quality in a python based automated test framework for UI Testing and API testing. Troubleshoot issues in the automation & resolve dependencies by communicating proactively across different functional teams Analyze automation execution failures in end to end CI/CD system, identify insights on software quality Build deeper understanding of product/application & proactively identify areas to improve quality of product through automation Proactively identify areas of improvement in automation, framework, tools continuously and develop new automation solutions Collaborate with developers, QA engineers & resolve blockers independentlyJob tags
