The candidate should be able to convince the client mostly through calls emails SMS and chats. He should be able to understand the market scenarios and should give analytical feedback to his/ her reporting manager.
Key Responsibility Area
- Selling our key products to small & mediumsized businesses.
- Understanding the requirements of customers and gathering information and consulting him with the best possible solutions for his/ her requirements.
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
- Promoting the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Maintaining sales pipeline and taking thorough follow up with clients in order to ensure monthly targets.
- You will be working with the top salespeople of the SaaS industry
- Should be comfortable in working on the Roster system.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in outbound sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools
- Selfstarter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
Requirements 1-2 Yrs of sales experience in software/IT/Internet sales. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Should have time management and planning skills. Should have good negotiation & customer prospecting skills.
