'- Mainframe Infrastructure with Systems Programming background.
- z/VM, z/Linux, z/VSE operating system experience
- Provide support for z/VSE and z/VM operating systems and applicable OEM software products.
- Installation and maintenance of the IBM operating system and program products
- Installing OEM software
- Provide support for disaster recovery plan.
- Implementing z/VSE and z/VM operating system and/or program product specific corrections ( PTFs ) and
- Upgrading, maintaining, enhancing or providing new options to any vendor z/VSE and z/VM product

- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
