The role: Performance Marketer

Kalvium is driven with the mission of making the worlds education more relevant and engaging. We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can help us generate quality leads across multiple platforms in the most efficient way. You would be an ideal candidate if you have a successful track record and passion in delivering digital campaigns that lead to significant growth in user acquisition & revenue. You will be responsible for settingup and running digital marketing campaigns A/B test ideas and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimise performance and achieve business goals.

What will you do

As a performance marketer across organic & paid channels you will:

• Manage budgets and campaigns across paid digital channels for leadgeneration
• Plan set up and optimise paid campaigns across multiple online platforms
• Manage campaigns on a daily basis and tweak them to improve effectiveness
• Collaborate across channels (website social YT etc.) & identify growth areas
• Identify and monitor important KPIs.
• Test & optimise campaign variables (ad creatives descriptions landing pages etc.)
• Prioritise growth channels to efficiently convert traffic to leads to applicants.
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.

Requirement

• 46 Years of experience as a performance marketer / growth hacker.
• Indepth & handson knowledge of settingup reviewing and revising campaigns on the key platforms Google Meta Linkedin Twitter & also affiliates.
• Indepth & handson practical knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing tools
• Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Good communication skills and collaboration.
• Good sense of humor :)
