Strategy Development: Ensure implementation of ESG strategy across locations, aligning with corporate objectives and industry best practices. Identify key ESG priorities and set measurable goals to drive continuous improvement.2. Environmental Stewardship: Monitor environmental performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sustainability targets. Support EHS team in efforts to minimize environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and pollution prevention initiatives. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.3. Social Responsibility: Collaborate with HR and other departments to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.4. Governance and Compliance: Coordinate with Auditors for regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies. Establish governance structures and processes to oversee ESG initiatives and ensure accountability. Provide trainings & support to internal teams on ESG-related matters, including reporting requirements and risk management.5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, customers, regulators, and NGOs, to communicate ESG performance and solicit feedback. Participate in industry forums, conferences, and working groups to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.Qualification and experience:Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability consulting, or related rolesUnderstanding of environmental regulations, social impact assessment methodologies, and corporate governance principles.
