Job description

Summary of Position: Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues and helping the company to perform to its best potential.

Report to: Director

Responsible for: Overall Operations of a company Education: Graduate, Post Graduate, Diploma Age: 32 to 45
Gender: Male

Experience: More than 5 Years in Facility or Similar experience. 

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
2. Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
3. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and good with conflict management.
4. Ideal Candidate should be from Gujarat or have lived in Gujarat from last 5-10 years. Duties and Responsibilities
1. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
2. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
3. Work with senior stakeholders. Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
4. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
5. Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
6. Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses
7. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary and guide in training, counseling and discipline employees
8. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
9. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
10. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
11. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
12. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
13. Support worker communication with the management team.
