Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Certified Adv. Excel & VBA Trainer/Consultant to join our team at Irizpro Learning Solution. As a trainer/consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Microsoft Excel and VBA to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills - Microsoft certification in Advanced Excel and VBA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in delivering technical training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA
- Ability to adapt training content to meet clients' specific requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed
- Familiarity with LibreOffice or other spreadsheet software is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Deliver training sessions on Microsoft Excel and VBA to clients
- Design and develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments
- Assist clients in applying advanced Excel and VBA techniques to their specific business needs
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to clients to enhance their proficiency in Excel and VBA
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Excel and VBA and incorporate them into training programs
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify training opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
- Conduct training needs assessments and assist in designing tailored training programs
