Job Title: Staff AccountantCompany Overview:We are an Event Production and Audio Visual rental company. We specialize in organizing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to weddings and social gatherings.Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and flawless execution, making us the preferred choice for clients seeking excellence in event planning.Position Overview:Tally and Accounting:Proficient in Tally software; responsible for daily vouchers, purchase, sales, petty cash entries, and generating necessary reports.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.Bank Reconciliation and Reporting:Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the senior accountant.Client Follow-up:Regularly follow up with clients for payments, sending reminders via email and phone calls.Collaborate with the senior accountant to resolve any outstanding issues related to client payments.Compliance Management:Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance deadlines are met.Assist in preparing and filing relevant financial documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.Support to Senior Accountant:Collaborate with the senior accountant to address any accounting-related tasks and provide necessary support.Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting field.Skills:Strong knowledge of Tally software is a must.Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.Salary:₹20000
