Role Description

This full-time on-site role located in Bhopal is responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and selling logistics services to potential clients. Telecallers should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
• Demonstrated experience in sales or telecalling roles
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals over the phone
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
