Role Description

This is a contract Chef role, based on-site at The Tiffin Company's location in Goregaon. The Chef will be responsible for creating menus, preparing food, supervising and training the kitchen staff, and ensuring high quality and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen. The Chef will also be expected to maintain food inventory, schedule and supervise kitchen staff, and ensure the timely delivery of lunch orders.

Qualifications

• Cooking, baking, and food preparation skills
• Degree or diploma in culinary arts, food science, or related field
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
• Knowledge of healthy eating principles and menu planning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Being a food enthusiast is a plus
