Problem Solving:
  1.  Investigating and resolving customer issues, complaints, or disputes in a timely and effective
  2. manner.
  3.  Escalating complex issues to higher levels of support or management when necessary.
  4. Communication Skills:
  5.  Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other
  6. departments within the company.
  7.  Providing clear and concise information to customers in a manner they can easily
  8. understand.
  9. Sales Support:
  10.  Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  11.  Collaborating with the sales team to provide support in achieving revenue goals.
  12. Business Process:
  13.  Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and processes.
  14.  Keeping up-to-date with changes and updates to product/service offerings.
  15. Team Collaboration:
  16.  Collaborating with colleagues, especially in cross-functional teams, to resolve issues or
  17. improve processes.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders through end-to-end work processes and systems.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the businesses' products, applications, and service offerings.

Requirements:
Be open to work in different time zones.
Be Self-motivated with ability to use initiative and thrive on responsibility.
Ability to work effectively in small teams and a willingness to continuously develop knowledge and
skills.
The role will be required to work out of Airoli – New Mumbai office of Dow Chemical International
