Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk / Office Administration / Coordination role. The candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication between various teams, and managing office supplies and inventory. The role is located in Pune.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent administrative, communication, and coordination skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. They should also have experience in executive administrative assistance and general clerical skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
