Profile: Analyst – Safety Vehicle Integration Location: Chennai Experience: 3 - 8yrs Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Tools required: Hypermesh /ANSA, LS-Dyna
Job Description: Experience in building full vehicle models for safety analyses. Experience in full vehicle assembly, vehicle variant complexity management, full vehicle penetrations. Experience in tools like HM, ANSA, Hyper crash, Primer, Team center, Hyper works and Solvers like Ls-Dyna/Radioss. Team Center knowledge is mandatory. Perform CAD study (CAD missing, CAD issues, Intersections) Prepare the module complexity chart based on the program variants or control models. Prepare input (CAD/BOM/NGD) data queries, connection/intersection, BOM etc. queries Provide direction/clarifications to modeling team for the queries. Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models. Prepare the system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts) and analytical assemblies. Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element). Perform de-penetration/intersection at full vehicle level. Able to review the full vehicle safety models using standard check sheets Able to prepare full vehicle loadcases as per safety requirements (FMVSS/ECE/NCAP etc.) Perform debug & fix the errors in the analyses.
