Keyresponsibilities:
Manage and develop a teamof Financial services consultants (FSC)
Ensure smooth onboarding,engagement and capability development of front line managers for a long andsuccessful career
Engage in joint field workto support assigned team of FSCs
Guide FSCs to build effectiverelationships with bank branch staff, provide training to bank branch staff toequip them with product knowledge
Leverage different sales driverslike partner productivity to deliver quality & profitable growth
Help, support and guideteam members in achieving their goalsheet targets
Track business performancemetrics for the territory assigned and conduct regular performance reviewsagainst the assigned target
Align team members topeople and business objectives of the Company and ensure that the team adheresto the highest standards of business quality and conducts business within theoverall compliance framework
Coach and develop assignedteam on products, selling techniques, various online digital platforms andend to end business process and compliance norms
Drive central sales initiativesfor the territory through communication forums and meetings
Coordinate with central teams todesign and implement required interventions for specific bancassurance partners
Candidates who are willingto be mobile and work across locations will be preferred.
Education andexperience:
Education: Graduation fromany stream, candidates with MBA from tiered institutions will be preferred
