Job Description:
Printer Diagnosis andTroubleshooting:
. Identify and analyze printer issues reported by customers.
. Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to determine the rootcause of problems.
. Provide on-site technical support to clients, addressinghardware and software-related printer issues.
Printer Repairs and Maintenance:
. Perform repairs on malfunctioning printers, replacing faultyparts as needed.
. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure printers are inoptimal working condition.
Customer Training and Guidance:
. Train customers on proper printer usage and basictroubleshooting techniques.
. Offer technical guidance to customers to maximize printerefficiency and lifespan.
Quality Assurance:
. Ensure all repaired printers meet quality standards before beingreturned to customers.
