NDMIT is a Digital Marketing Training & Institute that offers its students a pathway to study and build their careers in Digital Marketing. Our company is seeking a Sales Manager who is well-versed in communication skills and has a basic understanding of digital marketing.
Job Description:
1. Converting Lead Generation into Sales.
2. Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert the inquiry into Admission.
3. Briefing the details to Candidates / Parents about all the courses conducted in our Institute.
4. Takes incoming calls, and processes sales.
5. Make outgoing calls or cold calls to inform about our courses.
6. Scheduling the batches and informing the same candidates and Trainers.
7. Maintaining CMS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or made an inquiry.
8. Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensuring zero outstanding.
9. Maintain installment registers in real-time.
10. Should be active, capable of taking the initiative, and target-oriented.
11. Candidates should send SMS/ emails to Inquiries regularly
12. Build strong relationships with students and staff to understand their needs fully.
