Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions including HR policies and procedures, HR management, employee benefits, and personnel management. The Human Resources Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company standards and local laws.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) experience
- Knowledge of HR management practices
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Experience with employee benefits administration
- Experience in personnel management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Professional certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
