Role and Responsibilities: Kezan Consulting is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Assurance representative. The primary responsibilities include AAC collection facilitating bookings relationship building collecting leads and EMI collections. The role involves meeting customers for holiday bookings field visits for collection of overdue EMIs and ASF/AAC resolving customer issues to retain them attending branch walkins and enhancing revenue through relationship building and generating referrals.
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills a customercentric approach and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement. A valid twowheeler driving license and the willingness to go for customer visits and meetings are essential.
