We are looking for a Manufacturing IT Services Reporting Specialist to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of critical data collection system components. Specializing in the creation of alerts and reports, the role centers on configuring check MK, a Nagios-based system for system status collection, and utilizing data representation tools like Power BI for effective reporting. Scope of Your Role: You have to configure and fine-tune reporting structures within check MK or similar systems to capture and monitor the status of critical IT services in the OT environment. You need to develop and implement automated alert structures triggered by status changes, enabling proactive response and issue resolution. You will be responsible for generating regular reports providing comprehensive insights into system performance, efficiency, and areas for improvement. You are responsible for utilizing Power BI or similar data representation software You must work closely with IT and OT teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and incorporate feedback into ongoing configuration enhancements Qualification and Experience: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science/Data Science/Information Technology or equivalent discipline preferred. 4 Years of experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and databases in a manufacturing context. Must Have Skills: Ability to understand and document system configurations to support team members in troubleshooting topics.
