Job description

Responsibilities
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information during the marketing events
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare useful data for the marketing team
- Understand companys software and use it to the fullest capacity
- Identify if any defects occur with the software immediately report to the software development team and get the defects solved.
- Willingness to travel to all the major cities of India, wherever companys marketing events are arranged (Approx 15 Days per month)
Qualifications - Qualification in B.sc, BCA, B.Com OR B.A. (Must)
- Good with computers, MS Office Must have Problem solving skills
- Proven ability to take due care with critical systems.
- Previous experience with Computer support (Preferred)
