Requirement:
- Reports periodically and as required the Mobile Access planning requirements for specific zone
- Keeps close monitoring on the access network new sites KPIs for specific zone and formulates long and short-term development plans based on technological developments and operational requirement.
- Performs Mobile access planning activities and defines the requirements for network enhancement for all Mobile Networks for specific zone.
- Consolidates analyses and submits for Management review (monthly/quarterly/yearly) Progress Report on various planning activities
- Assists with tenders preparing detailed tender documents/ schedules with engineers.
- Provides technical support in evaluation of bids in negotiations.
- Assists Manager/Mobile Network Access Planning in defining the strategy for the new technologies and identifies the optimum process to migrate to the recommended technology by clearing the gaps and defining the required actions to migrate the existing network to the new one.
- Coordinate with the optimization team to develop solutions with the best cost effective solutions
- Interact and coordinate with the other internal and external stakeholders in achieving the End-to-End mobile KPIs related to planning.
- Guides and carries out the development and implementation of performance parameters to ensure quality of service, frequency optimization and maintenance standards of existing systems.
- Assists in reviewing the performance of contractors and suppliers in terms of project specifications and cost schedule.
- Advises consultants and contractors to resolve issues/ concerns impacting the plan/ design.
- Identifies training needs of subordinates to ensure enhancement of skills.
- Provides professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.
