Active Media Innovations, a leading media and promotions company, is establishing a new digital arm to expand and enhance our current business. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead this initiative by leveraging our existing client base while attracting new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the new digital arm of Active Media Innovations.
- Identify and target potential clients in alignment with the company's digital marketing solutions and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all digital marketing needs.
- Prospect, qualify, and onboard new clients, actively promoting the company's digital marketing offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative departments, to ensure seamless delivery of digital marketing solutions.
- Present and communicate the company's digital marketing capabilities to clients, demonstrating value and driving customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry best practices and provide recommendations for enhancing digital marketing strategies to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and advancements to remain competitive in the digital marketing landscape.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating a self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of digital marketing solutions.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving business goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
