Job description
Have minimum 9 years of experience Performance testing
Co ordinate with business, design, development, CRM consultants, technical architects, database administrators, deployment, test teams and relevant stakeholders Managing multiple vendors, short deliveries and number of platforms / systems involved Managing team for systems and application testing using various performance testing tool Work on drawing the strategies and processes for performance engg implementation Project health report to customer Handling escalations and key defect mitigations with component owners Preparing test delivery planning and schedules Co ordinate performance test set up / environment enhancements Ensuring quality deliverables to customer Reviewing the final deliverables and sign off with customer Customer interaction for business requirements and meetings Resolving major issues for test progress Help the team in analysis, resolve issues and catch performance bottlenecks Providing technical insights on executions where required Mentoring and guiding team members on performance testing Ensure planning, executing, controlling AND closure OF testing assignments AND responsible FOR schedules, RESOURCE allocation AND managing testing assignments. Setup test teams (who will EXECUTE the project). Identify, develop, AND document applicable testing methodologies AND procedures TO ensure quality output. Review the test plan AND strategy WITH ALL the stake holders OF the project. Drive execution OF test strategy BY ensuring alignment OF test plans AND techniques. Also estimate the testing effort BY understanding the requirements OF project. Regularly review progress AND manage stakeholder communication TO ensure that expectations are managed. Collaborate WITH development teams TO improve overall product quality BY emphasizing ways FOR defect prevention. Ensure SCHEDULE AND effort compliance AND overall project management. Identify means OF improving productivity. Define AND track various relevant metrics. Suggest AND apply the usage OF relevant tools, AS applicable. Align WITH the NEW developments IN the testing domain AND keep the team updated. Ensure CROSS skilling across various sub teams within the project / engagement. Facilitate induction AND transition pack preparation.Job tags
